Touring 304
Welcome to 304 E. 5th Ave.!
Built in 1926, the house had two owners before we bought it last year. It is in amazing condition and is move-in ready.
So, come on in and take a look around!
Through the front door is an enclosed porch, then in to the living room...
The hallway from the doorway of the room we used as the master. The room at the end was the office, and the door to the right is the upstairs bathroom...

Let's go back down the hall to the bathroom. There is a full shower in the tub...
There's actually quite a bit of storage in the bathroom between the built-in cabinet and the medicine cabinet...
Looking back through the dining and living rooms from the kitchen door...
Now, turning around into the kitchen. The stairs by the refrigerator go to the basement and the workshop that leads outside...

Down the stairs to the basement. The door to the left goes to the workshop and the back yard...
The basement from the staircase. The washer and dryer stays. The downstairs bedroom and bathroom is through the closed door. We have a person renting the basement currently and don't have a photo of the room right now. We will post that later.
The room through the door is great for extra storage or a pantry, which is what we used it for. There is also extra storage space and a "coat rack" under the staircase behind where the vacuum is sitting...

Let's take a peek at the workshop. This used to be the one-car garage, but was later turned into a heated workshop. The doors at the back open completely to the yard. There is another door to the yard that is to the right of the doorway into the house...

We really love this house and have had a lot of happy times here. But Todd's job has moved him out of Cheyenne.
We hope to find someone who will love this house as much as we do!
